Tradeshow will take place on Day 2 of the First Nations Housing Conference i.e. Wednesday, February 24, 2027

Exhibitor registration fee includes 2 staff members. 

Please note that there is an additional meal fee that will apply if there are more than two people at the booth.

Registration Information

All exhibitors receive the following as part of their registration:

  • One full day of exhibitor tradeshow hours (8:30am - 4:30pm EST)
  • 2 Complimentary lunch tickets for February 24, 2027
  • 2 Complimentary Passes for Community Housing Recognition Awards Gala (same day evening)
  • Exhibitor pricing of $1,235/person to attend the Day 1 and Day 3 conference (for up to two people)
  • 8’ x 10’ exhibit tradeshow booth space
  • A 30” x 8’ table with tablecloth and two chairs
  • Access to power outlets provided, please provide your own extension cords and power bars


Booth Set-up: Tuesday, February 23, 2026 | 7:00pm - 10:00pm EST 

Tradeshow Day: Wednesday, February 24, 2027 | 8:30am - 4:30pm EST 

Booth Takedown: Wednesday, February 24, 2027 | 4:30pm - 6:00pm EST

Please provide your top three preferred booth locations from those not greyed out, your location is not guaranteed, but you will be placed in your preferred locations in order if available.

*The FNH Community Representatives have final decision on each booth registration.

By registering to attend this event you agree to assume the entire responsibility and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save FNHC, TAG Creative Strategy and the owners and/or operators of the property wherein the event is held, as well as their respective agents, servants and employees harmless against all claims, losses for damages to property or persons, including death, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees, arising out of the performance of either party’s obligations, except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.

I give my permission to FNHC to record, videotape or photograph my participation at the event. I also give my permission to FNHC to publish information I provide, in whole or in part, my image and full name on social media sites, in FNHC promotional literature, publications pertaining to the event, or in any kind of electronic or other forms of media FNHC may use in the future.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

In the event that you need to cancel your registration, we are happy to process a refund. However, please note that a processing fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] no later than December 30, 2026. Refunds will be issued within 24hrs of receiving your request.
