By registering to attend this event you agree to assume the entire responsibility and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save the First Nations Emergency Response Association (FNERA), TAG Creative Strategy and the owners and/or operators of the property wherein the event is held, as well as their respective agents, servants and employees harmless against all claims, losses for damages to property or persons, including death, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees, arising out of the performance of either party’s obligations, except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.

I hereby consent to being photographed, filmed and having my likeness reproduced through the media and grant to FNERA the right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, broadcast, distribute, and create derivative works of the photographed images of me for use in connection with the activities of FNERA for promoting, publicizing, or explaining FNERA or its activities. This grant includes, without limitation, the right to publish such images in FNERA publications as well as public relations/promotional materials such as advertisements, fund-raising materials, and any other FNERA-related publication. These images may appear in any of the wide variety of formats and media now available to FNERA and that may be available in the future, including but not limited to print, broadcast, videotape, CD-ROM, and electronic/online media.
