All exhibitors receive the following as part of their registration:
*NOFNEC Representatives have final decision on each booth registration.
Accommodations are available for tradeshow exhibitors.
Upon completion of registration, your accommodation will be promptly secured.
The Exhibitor will be responsible for their individual room payment.
By registering to attend this event you agree to assume the entire responsibility and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save NOFNEC, The Ad/venture Group and the owners and/or operators of the property wherein the event is held, as well as their respective agents, servants and employees harmless against all claims, losses for damages to property or persons, including death, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees, arising out of the performance of either party’s obligations, except for the willful misconduct or gross negligence of the other party.I give my permission to NOFNEC to record, videotape or photograph my participation at the event. I also give my permission to NOFNEC to publish information I provide, in whole or in part, my image and full name on social media sites, in NOFNEC promotional literature, publications pertaining to the event, or in any kind of electronic or other forms of media NOFNEC may use in the future.
